The "Creepy" Guy

When working on this project, I felt a bit insecure because it opened my eyes to how others might perceive me. My concept is to show a portrait of me which makes the viewers feel unconformable, to portray me like a bad guy with bad intentions, almost like a serial killer. And with the real side of me I want to focus on showing my creativity and passion for all kinds of arts. The times I can recall the most where I was not seen was back in high school, where I was often defined by just being a Mexican or called “paisa” and the times people would avoid me because I looked unfriendly, or creepy. I would like to be seen as a friendly guy who is passionate about art. Someone who is approachable and willing to help you with anything.
